Refund Policy
Overview
At Precision Powerworks, we take pride in delivering high-quality, safe, and compliant electrical work across Nowra, Shoalhaven, and the South Coast. We stand behind the work we do and aim to ensure that all clients are satisfied with our services. This policy outlines our approach to refunds, call-backs, and dispute resolution.
Eligibility for Refunds or Adjustments
Refunds or fee adjustments may be offered at our discretion in the following situations:

A verifiable error has occurred during the delivery of service that directly resulted in incomplete or unsafe work.

The client has paid for services that were not delivered or not required (based on a change of scope discussed prior to work commencing).

A component or product supplied by Precision Powerworks has failed within a reasonable period, and no manufacturer’s warranty applies.
In such cases, we may offer one of the following:

A full or partial refund

A credit toward a future service

A free call-out to rectify the issue
Exclusions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

Change of mind after services have been delivered

Issues caused by third-party trades, non-compliant client-supplied materials, or pre-existing faults not disclosed at the time of quoting

Work that complies with current safety and installation standards but does not meet personal aesthetic preferences

Any damages or faults that occur after the completion of our work due to misuse, wear and tear, environmental conditions, or external tampering
Site Access & Client Responsibility
To avoid disputes, clients are responsible for:

Providing clear, safe access to the job site

Ensuring the accuracy of the job scope prior to commencement

Notifying us of any pre-existing electrical issues or hazards that may affect the work
Call-Backs and Re-Attendance
If you experience an issue with completed work:

We will assess the issue and, if deemed a result of our workmanship, schedule a no-cost re-attendance

If the issue is found to be unrelated or caused by an external factor, a standard call-out fee may apply
Dispute Resolution
We are committed to resolving all concerns professionally and fairly. If you are unsatisfied with an outcome, we encourage you to raise the matter with us directly. In unresolved cases, we may refer the issue to NSW Fair Trading for further mediation.
